WAGBOX.COM is a pet subscription program that delivers quality treats and toys with plans that fit any budget. 

What is in the box?

Each Monthly box comes with 2-3 bags of premium grade treats sourced from U.S. and Canadian Manufacturers. 2 high quality toys and 1 chew or dog accessory.

How do I sign up? 

Very simple! Click here and select the subscription frequency that best fits your budget. 

Ordering your Wagbox

Order between the 1st and the 30th of the month and you will receive next month’s Wagbox.  Your next subscription payment will be automatically billed on the 15th of every month for the following month’s box. 

When will my box ship?

We ship on the 4th-7th of each month from our fulfillment center. Customers should receive their order within 4-5 business days from the day it ships.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is absolutely FREE!

When should I expect my shipment to arrive?

How do you keep customers up to date on the shipping status? 

As soon as your box ship out, an email will be sent with a tracking number. 

How do I change my address? 

You can login into your customer account and make any changes you wish. Or you can contact customer service at friends@wagbox.com and we’ll take care of it for you. 

When will I be billed for my subscription?

You will be billed on the day you place your first order. However, your subscription will automatically renew every 15th of the month and so on. If you ordered a 3 month subscription, your subscription will automatically renew every 3rd month on the 15th. 

Are all your treats American made? 

YES ABSOLUTELY! We only source from brands that have a reputation for quality and safety in their products. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can simply log in to your account and request to cancel or contact us at friends@wagbox.com. 

What if I have an issue with my order?

We have a great team ready to take care of any issue you may have. You can reach out team by emailing us at friends@wagbox.com. One of our customer service reps will follow up with you ASAP to resolve any issue! 

Can I customize according to my dogs size?

Yes you can. On the checkout page, you will be able to indicate the size of your dog. 

Are subscriptions automatically renewed? 

Yes. Subscriptions are renewed automatically according to your subscription choice.
